At Mr. G Imports, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and outstanding value in our products while respecting and protecting the privacy of our customers.
Any return must be reported to us via Email at Mrgimports@yahoo.com within five business days from the date you receive the shipment. A Return Authorization Number will then be issued. We do not accept any return requests after the seven-day period is over or if an item has been used/worn. Each returned item needs to be returned in original package with a copy of your invoice.
Include a note indicating the reason for your return, and whether you would like an exchange, Mr. G imports in-store credit, or a refund. We suggest that you insure the package as you are responsible for delivering the package to us in good condition as we cannot be responsible for the package you return en route. After we receive returned packages, we will inspect the items and, if an exchange item is available, we can usually process the exchange quickly. Mr. G Imports in-house credits will be made within within 10-15 days, refunds will be made with in 30 days depending on the manner of payment. You will also receive an email confirming receipt of your returned items and the amount of the credit. If you have changed your email address or any other information that we need to process your return, refund or exchange, be sure to let us know of the change in the return package.
Closed out and clearance items are FINAL SALES. Buyers pays return shipping. There is 10% returning fee.

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon placement of your order.
We do not accept COD's.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Mr. G Imports reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Mr. G Imports shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state (Virginia). For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Mr. G Imports shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Mr. G Imports shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Mr. G Imports shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Shipping Time -- Most orders are ship within 3 to 7 business days from receipt, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not typically processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement and cannot be shipped on postal holidays.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Mr. G Imports or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
